As the name suggests, a great feature of this product is its dual application method. Firstly, give the bottle a firm shake for a few seconds.

With the Drop head attached, unscrew the cap, and squeeze and release the tip of the lid so that the oil fills the pipette. Squeeze the desired number of droplets under the tongue, and try to keep them there for 90 seconds before swallowing.

Alternatively, with the Spray head attached, spray the oil under the tongue and again try to refrain from swallowing for about 90 seconds.

How long does it take for Vitality CBD Oral Drops & Spray to work?
